Cancellation Policy

Applicable only to live sessions and scheduled learning events

1Scope of Cancellation
This Cancellation Policy applies only to live sessions, live workshops, mentorship calls, and scheduled interactive events.
Digital courses, recorded lessons, mini courses, BA programs, MA programs, and specialization courses cannot be cancelled once access is granted.
2Student-Initiated Cancellation & Access Usage
Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled live session.
  • If course access (login credentials, videos, recordings, PDFs, community access) has already been provided, the digital product is considered accessed and consumed.
  • Once course access is granted, cancellation or refund is not allowed, irrespective of course progress or usage level.
  • Cancellations apply only to the live session component, not to the digital course itself.
Access to any part of the course platform automatically disqualifies cancellation or refund eligibility.
3No-Shows & Late Arrival
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
  • No-shows are treated as completed sessions and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
  • Technical issues on the student’s end (internet, device, email access) do not count as valid cancellations.
4One-Time Waiver (Discretionary)
A one-time waiver for late cancellation or no-show may be granted solely at our discretion in genuine emergency situations.
Waivers are evaluated manually, are not guaranteed, and do not reinstate refund eligibility.
5Rescheduling Policy
  • Each student is allowed one free rescheduling for a live session.
  • The rescheduled session must occur within 7 days of the original booking.
  • Further rescheduling may be denied or chargeable.
6AI-Assisted Operations
AI-assisted tools may be used for reminders, scheduling notifications, calendar syncing, and operational efficiency.
  • AI does not make refund, cancellation, or waiver decisions.
  • All approvals are reviewed by human administrators.
