Online Astrology Classes provides digital educational products, including courses that are AI-assisted in production and academically scripted, reviewed, and approved by Dr. Ravi Rao.
Due to the instant-access and non-returnable nature of digital content, all purchases are governed strictly by this Refund Policy.
2 Refund Eligibility ›
Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If a student is charged more than once for the same course due to a payment or technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
- Unresolved Technical Access Issue: If verified technical issues prevent course access for more than 15 consecutive days despite support assistance, a full refund may be issued upon written request.
3 Non-Refundable Scenarios ›
Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:
- Dissatisfaction with course content, delivery style, or learning outcomes
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial or full consumption of course content
- User-side internet, device, or compatibility issues
- Failure to complete the course within the access period
- Misinterpretation of course descriptions or curriculum
- Requests related to the use of AI-assisted tools in production, which is fully disclosed and industry-standard
Once course access is granted, the product is considered delivered and consumed.
4 AI-Assisted Content & Refund Clarification ›
Certain courses use artificial intelligence tools for voice delivery, visual presentation, translation, subtitling, and production efficiency.
All educational scripts, astrological logic, interpretations, and academic decisions are created, reviewed, and approved by Dr. Ravi Rao.
The use of AI-assisted tools does not qualify as a basis for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks. Enrollment confirms acceptance of AI-assisted delivery as disclosed.
5 Course Access Duration ›
- Basic Courses (without certification): 6 months
- BA Programs: 1 year
- MA Programs: 2 years
Access automatically expires after the stated period and does not qualify for extension or refund.
6 Community Moderation & Affiliate Payments ›
Online Astrology Classes reserves the right to moderate all community discussions and remove content that violates platform policies.
Affiliate commissions are processed 30 days after a successful and non-refunded purchase. Any refunded or disputed transaction will automatically void affiliate commissions.
